The short answer
If you want a good-looking CV quickly and you are happy to write the content yourself, Enhancv is a strong tool. It is fast, flexible and has plenty of templates. If you are an SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or ServiceNow consultant and your problem is that recruiters cannot see what you actually delivered, a design tool will not fix that on its own.
That is the gap ERPCV was built for. I have spent 25 years in enterprise applications, and most ERP CVs I read do not fail on layout. They fail on evidence. This Enhancv review looks at both tools honestly, including where Enhancv is the better choice, with prices checked on 19 October 2026.
What Enhancv does well
Enhancv is a design-led CV builder with AI writing help. Its own site describes hundreds of templates, an AI CV builder, a CV checker that looks at content, layout, grammar and keyword match, and a one-click tailoring tool where you paste a job advert and it shows what to add. It also offers cover letters, translation, interview practice and a job application tracker.
- Design: the templates are modern and easy to adjust, which matters if you want a CV that looks different from a standard Word file.
- Speed: you can import an existing CV or LinkedIn profile and have a draft in minutes.
- Volume: the paid plans include up to 300 CVs and cover letters, so it suits people who rewrite for many different roles.
- Breadth: cover letters, tailoring and tracking sit in one subscription.
Enhancv says certified professional CV writers review its templates and examples. That is a fair quality signal for the guidance. It is not the same as an expert reviewing your own CV, and Enhancv does not describe a one-to-one writing service on its site.
Where a general CV builder falls short for ERP consultants
ERP hiring managers read CVs differently from most recruiters. They want to know which processes you owned, how complex the landscape was, what you decided, and what happened at go-live. A builder can format those answers beautifully, but it cannot tell you which ones are missing.
Here is a typical example from an SAP FI/CO consultant. It is illustrative, not taken from a real client.
Responsible for SAP FI/CO configuration, testing and user support on S/4HANA project.
Designed the record-to-report process for a three-company-code S/4HANA rollout, configured the new asset accounting and parallel ledgers, and led finance UAT through 240 scenarios to sign-off.
The second version names the process, the scope, the decisions and the acceptance point. A recruiter can now ask good questions instead of guessing.
Experienced Oracle consultant with strong functional knowledge.
Oracle Fusion Financials lead for public-sector migrations, owning design workshops, data validation and cutover readiness for general ledger and payables.
Generic adjectives say nothing. A platform, a sector and three responsibilities say a lot.
Neither rewrite depends on the template. Both depend on knowing what an ERP reader looks for, and on asking you the right questions about your projects. That is also why ERPCV never invents numbers: if the evidence is not in your source CV, you add it during review rather than filling the gap with a claim you cannot defend in an interview.
ERPCV vs Enhancv side by side
The table is not a scorecard. The two products answer different questions. Enhancv answers "how do I make this look good?". ERPCV answers "how do I make an ERP hiring manager believe I can do this job?".
Enhancv pricing compared with ERPCV
Enhancv has a free plan that lasts seven days, with Enhancv branding and a limit of 12 section items. Its Pro plan costs USD 39 a month, USD 69 every three months or USD 99 every six months, according to its pricing page on 19 October 2026. Its refund wording covers cases where something goes wrong on Enhancv’s side.
ERPCV is a one-off purchase, charged in UAE dirhams:
- Career Evidence Pack, AED 69.78 (about USD 19), one payment.
- Pack with Noel’s recorded review, AED 547.20 (about USD 149), which adds a 5 to 10 minute recorded review from Noel within 3 working days.
- Pack with a 30-minute call, AED 914.45 (about USD 249), which adds a live 30-minute call with Noel.
Not happy with your documents? Tell us within 7 days and we refund you. If you only need a tidy layout for a short search, Enhancv’s quarterly plan may cost you less overall. If you need the evidence rebuilt, the first ERPCV tier costs less than one month of Enhancv Pro.
Five questions to ask any CV service
Whichever tool you pick, test it against the questions an ERP hiring manager will ask. If the finished CV cannot answer them, it does not matter how good it looks.
- Does each project say which process you owned, not just which module you know?
- Is the scale clear: entities, countries, users or interfaces, where you can support them?
- Does it show a decision you made and why, such as a design choice or a cutover call?
- Can you defend every number in an interview without guessing?
- Do your CV, LinkedIn profile and interview answers tell the same story?
A builder helps with the presentation of those answers. A specialist service should help you find them. If a tool fills the gaps with impressive but vague phrases, that is a warning sign, because an experienced interviewer will test exactly those lines.
What is in an ERPCV pack
Because Enhancv and ERPCV are often compared on the CV alone, it helps to see everything the pack covers. Each document carries the same evidence into a different moment of your search:
- Consultant CVprojects led by what you owned, not by module lists.
- Project portfoliotwo or three projects in more depth, for the interviewer who wants detail.
- 10 LinkedIn outreach messagesshort, specific notes to recruiters and hiring managers.
- 20 recruiter questions and answersthe questions ERP interviewers ask, answered from your own history.
- Career roadmapthe roles your evidence supports now, and what to build next.
All five are editable Word files in your account. Review every line before you use it; nothing is added that your source CV does not support.
