Yes. The Executive CV is built with single-column, clean-text formatting that parses correctly through Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, SuccessFactors, and the rest. We optimize for module keywords from real job descriptions, not made-up buzzwords.

Refunds are not available once the Career Pack has been generated and delivered, because the documents are created on demand using paid AI infrastructure.
