The services

ERPCV provides career-document preparation, CV diagnosis, career advisory, and tools for discovering and tracking job opportunities. The Career Evidence Pack contains a CV, project portfolio, cover letter, reference sheet, LinkedIn messages, and interview preparation. Personal advisory is a separate 30-minute service with Noel D’Costa.

Your information and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for having permission to use it. Do not upload another person’s CV without authorisation, confidential client material, or information that you are not entitled to share. You must review generated documents before relying on them or sending them to an employer.

AI-assisted outputs can contain mistakes or require editing. Check dates, names, qualifications, responsibilities, project details, and all factual claims. Do not use wording that overstates your experience. Reference details should only be shared with the relevant person’s permission.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). The Career Evidence Pack is a one-time purchase. The price applicable to your purchase is displayed before payment. Personal advisory is AED 550.88 for a 30-minute session and does not include a career pack.

An advisory intake request does not reserve an appointment. Availability, booking details, and payment requirements must be confirmed before a session is booked. A third-party payment provider processes checkout payments under its own applicable terms.

Document preparation and access

Preparation begins after a qualifying payment is confirmed. Timing depends on source quality, processing availability, and service conditions; a specific completion time is not guaranteed. An order is complete only when its required documents are available. Your workspace displays the order status and available downloads.

Keep your own copies of completed documents. If a purchase fails to produce the promised deliverables or there is a billing error, contact ERPCV with the order reference so the issue can be investigated. Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. A remedy, correction, or refund request is assessed in relation to the issue and applicable requirements; this page does not promise an automatic refund outcome.

Advisory scope

Career advisory offers perspective on positioning, experience, target roles, and next steps. It is not a recruitment placement service and does not guarantee an interview, employment, salary, sponsorship, or visa. It is not legal, immigration, tax, or regulated financial advice. Confirm questions in those areas with qualified professionals or relevant authorities.

Appointment arrangements, including any rescheduling or cancellation conditions, should be confirmed during booking. Do not treat a submitted request as a confirmed meeting.

Job discovery and applications

Job information may come from third-party sources and may change or expire. Confirm role details with the employer. Opening an application destination does not mean an application has been submitted. Where an application is completed on an external website, that provider’s process and terms apply.

Application tracking may include statuses you record yourself. A customer-reported application is not an employer acknowledgement. Never assume missing salary, location, sponsorship, or eligibility information has been verified.

Acceptable use and access

Do not attempt to access another customer’s information, interfere with the service, bypass payment, or submit harmful content. Keep account access links private. ERPCV may restrict activity that compromises security or other customers’ use of the service.

Independent service

ERPCV is independent of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and other platform vendors. Product and company names identify the relevant technology or organisation; they do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
